Full Spectrum is seeking talented embedded software engineers to join their partner company in the industrial robotics space. As a Staff Embedded Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and developing safety-critical systems, working with various sensors and communication technologies, and finding innovative solutions while maintaining strict safety standards. The role requires expertise in embedded C/C++ and familiarity with safety standards like IEC 61508 and ISO 26262.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in embedded software development or relevant internship experience, along with a strong foundation in computer science. Knowledge of Python and Rust is highly valued, and the ability to quickly adapt to new programming languages is essential.
