Responsibilities For Lead Machine Learning Engineer
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms
- Provide guidance and leadership in identifying and evaluating ML/AI opportunities
- Drive value through treatment plan recommendations and personalized product recommendations
- Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams to establish ML infrastructure
- Work with leadership to identify AI/ML opportunities for practitioners and patients
Requirements For Lead Machine Learning Engineer
- 5+ years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Experience with Large Language Models (GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc) and LLM frameworks (Langchain)
- Demonstrated ability to understand different business domains
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and data mining techniques
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Familiarity with common machine learning tools and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
