Senior Search Engineer

The role focuses on everything search-related within the Fullscript platform, enabling seamless product discovery for healthcare practitioners and patients. You'll be instrumental in contributing to search architecture, optimizing indexing strategies, and enhancing the search experience through relevance tuning and performance improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and optimizing search capabilities
• Improving query performance and ranking algorithms
• Implementing large-scale indexing pipelines
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams
• Applying ML and AI techniques for better search relevance

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in search technologies, particularly Elasticsearch or OpenSearch, with proficiency in backend programming languages like Ruby, Python, or Java. Knowledge of GraphQL, TypeScript, and React is advantageous.
