AI Data Training Software Engineer

G2i Inc. is seeking Software Engineers to join their AI/data annotation team to create training data for world's most advanced AI models. This role focuses on training large AI language models and improving existing advanced generative AI models. Engineers will evaluate AI-generated code, solve programming tasks, and develop test cases. The position offers flexible working hours with a minimum of 15 hours per week and no upper limit. The role requires 3+ years of software engineering experience and strong Python skills. Projects vary from basic code evaluation to complex application development using chatbots. The position is fully remote, offering $21.30/hour for Netherlands-based engineers. The contract is long-term with an expected duration of 2 years. Engineers have the flexibility to set their own working hours and are paid based on time spent on platform exercises containing coding. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for AI model training.
