Description For AI Data Training Software Engineer

Join a team of annotation experts to create training data for the world's most advanced AI models at G2i Inc. This unique opportunity allows you to gain experience with one of today's most prominent players in the AI/LLM sector. The role focuses on training large AI language models and helping advanced generative AI models write better code.

The work involves diverse challenges working with AI models as they learn to program. Projects range from evaluating Python code quality to creating complete mobile applications using chatbots and improving their responsiveness. Currently, over 200 positions are available!

This is a long-term contract position with no end date, expecting work availability for the next 2 years. The position offers flexible working hours, with developers able to set their own schedules. While ideal candidates want to work 40 hours per week, there's flexibility to accommodate project urgency. The minimum commitment is 15 hours per week, with no upper limit.

The current priority is for engineers with a data science background who are well-versed in Python, or software engineers with extensive Python experience. Previous AI experience is not required, making this an excellent opportunity to enter the field. The role includes weekly payments based on platform hours worked.

The position includes a comprehensive application process, starting with an asynchronous RLHF code review, followed by platform credentials and a group onboarding call, and concluding with a simulated production assignment. This structure ensures candidates are well-prepared for the actual work environment.

Benefits include complete work flexibility, weekly payments, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology. The role particularly suits those interested in technical writing assignments and AI model training, with opportunities to work on various programming challenges and improve AI systems.
