Software Engineer for AI Training Data (JavaScript)

G2i is seeking Software Engineers for AI Training Data, focusing on reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) projects. This role is crucial for creating training data for advanced AI models, particularly in helping generative AI models write better code. The position is 100% remote and open to applicants from various countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating AI-generated code quality and providing human-readable summaries
• Solving coding problems with functional and efficient solutions
• Writing robust test cases to confirm code effectiveness
• Engaging in diverse projects, from comparing Python code snippets to building full mobile applications with chatbots

The ideal candidate should have:

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript (primary language)
• Willingness to work with Swift (previous experience not required)
• Ability to commit 15+ hours per week (flexible scheduling)
• Interest in AI and language models

Compensation:

• US: $50/hour
• Brazil: $28.70/hour
• Egypt: $22.05/hour
• Philippines: $25.55/hour
• All other countries: $35/hour

The project is expected to last until the end of September, with possibilities for continued work on other projects.
