Software Engineer for Training AI Data - Python, Finnish Language

G2i Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer for Training AI Data, specifically targeting professionals with Python expertise and Finnish language fluency. This remote position is part of an expert annotation team creating training data for advanced AI models.

The role involves working on cutting-edge generative AI models, helping them write better code through various tasks including code evaluation, problem-solving, and test case writing. No previous AI experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity to enter the AI/LLM space.

Key responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated code quality, writing functional code solutions, creating comprehensive test cases, and providing detailed explanations of your reasoning. The position offers great flexibility, allowing anywhere from 15+ hours per week with no upper limit, and features weekly payments based on platform activity.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of software engineering experience, strong Python proficiency, and native or highly fluent Finnish language skills. They must be able to articulate complex concepts clearly and maintain high attention to detail. While not required, additional programming language knowledge (Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.) and a computer science degree are valued.

This is a long-term contract position with an expected duration of at least 2 years. The work environment is fully remote, offering exceptional flexibility in scheduling.
