Software Engineer for Training AI Data - Python, Finnish Language

G2i Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer for Training AI Data, specifically targeting professionals with Finnish language expertise. This remote position is part of an expert annotation team creating training data for advanced AI models. The role requires 3+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on Python programming skills.

The position involves working on cutting-edge generative AI models, helping them write better code through various tasks including code evaluation, problem-solving, and test case writing. Engineers will work on diverse projects ranging from simple Python code comparisons to complex mobile application development with chatbot integration.

Key responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated code quality, writing functional code solutions, creating comprehensive test cases, and providing detailed explanations of technical decisions. The role offers flexible working hours with the ability to work anywhere from 15 to 40+ hours per week, with payment based on platform activity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Python programming skills, native or highly fluent Finnish language abilities, and excellent communication skills in English.
