Software Engineer for Training AI Data - Python, Swedish

G2i Inc. is seeking software engineers to join their expert annotation team in creating training data for advanced AI models. This remote position requires native or highly fluent Swedish speakers with 3+ years of software engineering experience. The role focuses on training large AI language models to write better code, involving varied projects and engaging with these models during their learning process.

The position offers flexible scheduling with the ability to work 15+ hours per week, with no upper limit. Engineers can set their own hours, making it ideal for those interested in working up to 40 hours weekly. Payment is based on platform activity and calculated through coding exercises, with a rate of $23.31/hour for Sweden-based engineers.

Key responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated code quality, solving coding problems, writing functional code, and creating robust test cases. The role involves everything from basic Python code comparison to developing full mobile applications using chatbots and optimizing their responses.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python skills, either from a software engineering or data science background. Additional valuable skills include experience with various programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and others. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science is preferred but not required.
