Responsibilities For Senior/Staff Electrical Engineer

  • Own electrical systems and components of vehicle autonomy system
  • Support design of electrical, networking and power architecture
  • Build and document procedures, improve hardware platform
  • Troubleshoot and debug electrical circuits and electromechanical systems
  • Triage vehicle and component status and performance
  • Identify new technologies and lead benchmarking

Requirements For Senior/Staff Electrical Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Masters preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive, transportation or robotics industry
  • Knowledge of automotive EMI regulations & design requirements
  • Experience in troubleshooting, designing and documenting electrical power circuits
  • Experience with CAN based systems and tools (UML, EA, CANalyzer, CANape)
  • Proficient in electrical test equipment usage
  • Experience with battery chargers/balancers and DC power electronics
  • Experience with embedded system design and sensor integration
  • Experience in designing automotive wiring and harnesses
  • Experience in Solidworks EE for schematics
  • Experience in environmental testing
