Field Installation Engineer

GBG is seeking a Field Installation Engineer to join their Go To Market team in a full-time, on-site capacity in London, England, United Kingdom. This role involves working directly with clients to install and configure GBG's solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.

As a Field Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Traveling to client sites to install, configure, and troubleshoot GBG's software solutions
• Providing technical support and training to clients
• Collaborating with the internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Documenting installation processes and client configurations
• Ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality service delivery
