The role focuses on maintaining and improving critical risk-systems across multiple datacenters and cloud providers. The team operates a highly available, service-oriented architecture with 50+ applications, specializing in risk-analysis for credit-card transactions. Responsibilities For DevOps Engineer
- Continuous improvement of architecture, build, deployment and monitoring processes in local and cloud environment
- Working with numerous environments, applications (mainly Java), tools, and containers across multiple environments
- Providing knowledge transfer to 1st level support team and providing 2nd and 3rd level support
Requirements For DevOps Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or software engineering
- System engineering skills (Linux, networking, security, deployment automation)
- Experience in Cloud Based container technologies, AWS is a plus
- Experience in integration & installation of 3rd party software in complex environments
- Software development and deployment (Java, Spring, Linux) experience
- Experience in System & Software Architecture (incl. Container)
- Interest in high security Systems and compliance topics
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
