Principal Software Engineer

Gearset, the leading DevOps platform for Salesforce, is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join our team. As a product-driven company founded by engineers, we value great engineering culture, teamwork, and tight feedback loops.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to impact what we build and how we build it, working across the business and directly with customers to solve pressing problems. Our tech stack includes C#, React, TypeScript, Postgres, AWS, and Kubernetes, and you'll help define what great looks like in our environment.

We're looking for someone with a track record of creating positive business impact beyond coding, such as leading a team or driving major feature development. You should have full-stack engineering experience, including working directly with customers, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Gearset offers a competitive salary range of £78,000 - £100,000 per year, along with benefits like BUPA health care, a generous personal development budget, and a flexible hybrid work arrangement based in our Cambridge office.
