The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ years of software engineering experience, advanced proficiency in at least one language (preferably React and TypeScript), ability to work across teams, a customer and product-focused mindset, and adaptability to handle multiple priorities. Experience with blockchain technology or knowledge of the finance industry is preferred.
