As a Founding Software Engineer at Gitty, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of on-premise LLM solutions. You'll be responsible for rapid development and iteration of MVPs, providing technical direction, and making critical decisions on technology choices. Your expertise in Python, React, and Kubernetes will be essential in building and scaling the platform.

You'll collaborate closely with team members to translate business vision into actionable project plans, lead a fast-paced development process, and continuously adapt to emerging business needs.
