Senior Software Engineer

Gladia, founded in 2022, is an innovative AI company that recently raised $16M in Series A funding. We're building the ultimate audio AI infrastructure for voice-first platforms, offering transcription capabilities in over 100 languages. Our mission is to help companies leverage cutting-edge AI and retrieve actionable insights from audio data.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll join our team of 10 Senior Engineers working on our groundbreaking Real-time transcription API. This product is set to revolutionize the transcription space with fully multilingual real-time transcription and analytics, delivering batch-level quality with <300 ms latency across 100+ languages.

The role combines backend development with modern technologies like TypeScript, Python, and various cloud-native tools. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining our technical stack, building new features, and ensuring optimal performance and scalability. We're looking for someone with 6+ years of experience who's passionate about clean code, performance optimization, and collaborative problem-solving.
