Responsibilities For Cloud Operations Engineer

  • Own infrastructure stability for designated customers
  • Monitor alerts and troubleshoot errors in customer environments
  • Coordinate and execute software releases
  • Set up new customer projects following architectural design and best practices
  • Remediate security vulnerabilities
  • Manage security policies including VPC SC, SCC, NGFW configs
  • Assist customers with cloud best practices
  • Create and maintain customer-specific runbooks
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution
  • Handle customer-impacting alerts

Requirements For Cloud Operations Engineer

Java

  • Experience and certifications in Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
  • Experience with CI/CD deployment and release frameworks
  • Deep knowledge of cloud network and security concepts
  • Knowledge of SQL/database, Kubernetes and Linux
  • Experience with Terraform
  • 2+ years of coding experience in Java and Python
  • 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Support, Solutions Engineering, or DevOps
  • Experience in troubleshooting REST API issues
  • Working experience with SSO, SAML, and OAuth
  • Experience using Github, Jira & Confluence
