Solution Engineer

As a Solution Engineer in the GTM organization within the APAC region, you'll be a trusted technical advisor to the local sales team, partners, and customers. You'll work on exciting projects with future-forward organizations, guiding them through their Generative AI journeys.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing interactive demonstrations of the Glean platform
• Educating technical teams on Glean's architecture
• Scoping and executing pilot and Proof of Value exercises
• Training customers and partners on the product
• Presenting at company-sponsored events
• Liaising with product managers and engineers

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of enterprise software pre-sales experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts
• Experience with SaaS tools, cloud infrastructure, identity services, APIs, and security concepts
