Responsibilities For Senior DevOps Engineer
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development process
- Manage and automate deployment processes across development, testing, and production environments
- Monitor system performance and optimize applications for maximum efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure effective code changes and quality control
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure services and resources
- Troubleshoot, resolve and document operational issues in a timely manner
- Make recommendations for improvements in system architecture, performance, and security
- Participate in on-call rotations to support operational incidents as needed
Requirements For Senior DevOps Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Strong expertise in containerization technologies like Docker
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Understanding of networking, security principles, and system monitoring tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
