We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our founding team for a fintech SaaS platform MVP development. Working directly under the CTO, you'll be instrumental in planning, architecting, and building our product alongside our Data Science team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a growing startup's technical foundation.
The position requires expertise in both frontend (React) and backend (Node.js/Python) development, with strong knowledge of cloud architecture using AWS and Kubernetes. You'll be responsible for developing a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platform from the ground up, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high performance and reliability.
We're looking for a self-driven professional who can work independently while effectively collaborating with team members. Your experience with cloud-based architectures, microservices, and DevOps practices will be crucial. Knowledge of UK banking standards and IT security protocols is a significant plus.

Responsibilities For Full-Stack Developer
- Collaborate with the CTO and team to design and plan the product architecture
- Develop a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platform from scratch
- Build and maintain both frontend (React) and backend (Node.js or Python) components, ensuring high performance and reliability
- Architect and implement cloud-based infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly sessions to track progress and align goals using project management tools
- Independently drive tasks to completion while collaborating with the team when necessary
Requirements For Full-Stack Developer
- Proven experience in building cloud-based architectures for scalable applications
- Expertise in designing multi-tenant systems to support multiple customers on one platform
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js or Python, and frontend development experience with React
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration using Kubernetes on cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud development best practices and DevOps activities, including infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools
- Ability to work autonomously and drive a project from concept to completion
- At least Upper Intermediate level of English is a must-have
- Strong understanding of IT security protocols and compliance, with experience in UK banking standards being a significant plus
