Requirements For Java Developer
- 3-6 years of hands-on Core Java development experience
- 2-3 years of strong hands-on experience in Java 8 development
- Strong coding practices in OOPS Concepts, Data Structures, Java Algorithms, and Design patterns
- Strong coding practices in Multi-Threading, Collections, ORM frameworks
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- MCA or Computer Science graduate from Tier 1 colleges
- Experience with Jira, Git, Confluence
- Excellent communications
- Experience with Agile Product development Methodologies
