Rust Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Rust Engineer to join our team at a rapidly growing AI startup focused on sustainability management and EU regulations compliance solutions. The role involves developing critical backend services using Rust for our core SaaS product.

As a Rust Engineer, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining high-performance backend services, working with a passionate team to deliver quality software. The position requires strong expertise in Rust programming (2-3 years) and overall software engineering experience (4-5+ years).

Key technical requirements include mastery of Rust's core concepts, memory management, and concurrency, along with experience in production-grade backend services. You should be familiar with software engineering principles, testing methodologies, and have excellent communication skills.
