Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our team on an insurance project. This role involves developing and enhancing an insurance platform that handles complex business logic, integrates with external systems, and provides critical services to clients. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of backend development experience with Ruby on Rails, deep understanding of backend concepts and HTTP protocols, and expertise in relational databases, especially PostgreSQL. Knowledge of cloud technologies, ideally AWS, is required. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems. Responsibilities include developing robust Ruby on Rails applications, addressing architectural challenges, implementing and managing databases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing cloud technologies for performance and scalability.
