As a Product Growth Engineer, you'll join a dynamic team focused on driving business growth through product-led initiatives. The role combines frontend expertise using React and TypeScript with backend work in Ruby, all while maintaining a strong focus on experimentation and data-driven decision making.

You'll be part of a cross-functional team including Product Managers, Designers, BI Analysts, and Growth Marketers, working on projects that directly impact company growth and revenue. The role involves improving activation rates, converting payers into customers, and driving growth through partner integrations.

The ideal candidate brings professional experience in TypeScript/React and Ruby, with a passion for building reliable, well-tested systems. Responsibilities For Product Growth Engineer

  • Drive Product-led Growth through user acquisition, activation, revenue and retention
  • Contribute to various codebases across the whole product
  • Work on business problems with direct impact on company growth and revenue
  • Maintain and develop growth tech stack including user tracking, product analytics and A/B testing tools
  • Support other teams in adopting experimentation approach
