Responsibilities For Staff Machine Learning Engineer
- Spearhead research and development of machine learning models, evaluation systems, and algorithms
- Architect and implement high-throughput batch inferencing solutions and real-time inferencing services
- Design and develop scalable machine learning training and inference pipelines
- Lead initiatives to streamline machine learning workflows
- Monitor and evaluate emerging machine learning research and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Coach and mentor fellow ML engineers
Requirements For Staff Machine Learning Engineer
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields
- Extensive knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end machine learning systems
- Strong leadership skills and mentoring abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science preferred
- Experience with LLM-based applications and development (Nice to have)
