Responsibilities For Senior Quality Engineer
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive quality strategy for features/products
- Perform testing and advisory functions as embedded member of cross-functional product team
- Define test coverage, develop test plans, create and maintain test cases
- Identify, design, write and execute automated tests
- Develop and maintain automated regression tests
- Perform manual component testing, integration testing, and functional testing
- Coach/guide engineers in automated testing best practices
- Contribute to end-to-end, cross-squad test initiatives
Requirements For Senior Quality Engineer
- Experience engaging with Product, Software Engineering, and Design teams
- Strong knowledge of test automation and test engineering best practices
- Experience with web-based test case management software
- Experience with software bug lifecycle and workflow tracking
- Strong collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Source code management (TFS or GIT)
- Hands-on experience developing automated test suites
- Experience with build and deployment pipelines
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
