Staff Software Engineer, AI

We're seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead our AI initiatives, focusing on developing and scaling our enterprise AI platform.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring expertise in AI/ML, particularly in implementing LLM systems at scale. You'll be instrumental in shaping our technical roadmap, mentoring teams, and ensuring our AI systems meet the highest standards of performance and security.

As a Staff Engineer, you'll work with cutting-edge AI technologies, including LLMs, Voice, and Image processing, while architecting scalable solutions that integrate with our existing systems.
