Description For Intermediate Software Engineer (PHP)

Goodlord is on a mission to provide the best renting experience in the world for everyone involved: agents, landlords, and tenants. As an Intermediate Software Engineer (PHP), you'll be part of a team working on complex web applications using Symfony (or similar PHP framework). You'll collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to understand and solve end-user problems, continuously improve the codebase, review code, mentor less experienced developers, and grow your skillset.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing solutions for end-user problems
  • Improving code base for better understanding and maintainability
  • Code review and mentoring
  • Continuous personal development

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience in building complex web applications using Symfony (or similar PHP framework)
  • Ability to write clean, well-tested code
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in an agile team with a delivery focus
