Python
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on machine learning and deep learning
  • 2+ years of experience managing and leading engineering teams of 5-10 contributors
  • Proven track record of building and deploying AI-powered solutions
  • Experience working with researchers in multimodal AI
  • Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
  • Experience leading teams across time zones and cultures
