Responsibilities For Android Studio Engineering Manager, Test Infrastructure

  • Create an overall automation strategy for the team
  • Build and lead a team of engineers dedicated to improving the quality of Android Studio
  • Expand and enhance testing infrastructure, and drive innovation in testing approaches while ensuring the reliability of infrastructure and optimizing resources
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, manage projects, and deliver innovative features that improve developer experience

Requirements For Android Studio Engineering Manager, Test Infrastructure

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript)
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role

  • Experience in building testing frameworks, tools and automation within an enterprise environment
  • Experience with development management or testing management, and in scaling technical teams
