Responsibilities For Application Engineer, Salesforce, Core

  • Be a technical expert on the Salesforce platform leveraging your experience to architect and develop Salesforce-based applications to motivate business success
  • Deliver key new features using Salesforce platform and adjacent technologies
  • Collaborate with the business and operations team to define, evaluate, and prioritize Salesforce-centric application's features and functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to stabilize and scale system integrations
  • Design, develop, and sustain business applications, leveraging a spectrum of technologies, including the Salesforce platform

Requirements For Application Engineer, Salesforce, Core

JavaScript
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience coding in APEX
  • Experience working with configuration and custom development Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules in Salesforce (SFDC) and integrating Salesforce (SFDC) with business applications
  • Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer (I or II) (preferred)
  • Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, or Ajax) and Web Services (RESTful, SOAP)
  • Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Apex, integration patterns, and scaling the Salesforce platform
  • Experience with Application Development, API Design, API Development, JavaScript, System Integration, Agile Software Development, Technical Design
  • Knowledge of software implementation lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, support)
