Responsibilities For Associate Corporate Counsel, Technical Infrastructure, Networks

  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts supporting Google's technical infrastructure procurement and operation
  • Advising on projects and business initiatives to provide solution-oriented practical advice
  • Respond promptly to legal requests from supervising lawyers, program managers, negotiators, and executives
  • Coordinate across internal legal teams on technical infrastructure deals and projects

Requirements For Associate Corporate Counsel, Technical Infrastructure, Networks

  • JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm
  • Experience with network/submarine cable infrastructure
  • Admitted to the bar and in good standing or authorized to practice law in the state of position
  • Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for technical infrastructure
  • Experience with data center, colocation, dark fiber, submarine cable agreements
  • Experience advising on telecommunications regulations and US FCC licensing process
