Associate Corporate Counsel, Technical Infrastructure, Supply Chain

As Corporate Counsel at Google, you'll be at the forefront of tackling exciting legal challenges in the tech industry. This role focuses on complex commercial transactions in Technical Infrastructure, particularly Cloud supply chain, including procurement, manufacturing, construction, logistics, and operations. You'll work with a talented team of in-house lawyers on projects that require innovative thinking and proactive legal guidance.

The position involves supporting deals for telecommunications network acquisition, energy and hardware procurement, and data center acquisition and operations. You'll have exposure to virtually every department at Google while being closely involved in new product development and launches. Your responsibilities include advising clients on legal risks, business strategies, and commercial deals, while helping develop the commercial team and its processes.
