Associate Customer Engineer, Google Cloud, gReach Program for People with Disabilities

The gReach Learner Program is a paid upskilling program for recent university graduates and early-career industry candidates with disabilities. Participants will receive on-the-job training and work on various projects for one year. The program aims to provide underrepresented groups with opportunities to grow their careers as professionals.

As an Associate Customer Engineer in the Google Cloud gReach Program, you will:

1. Help build creative solutions to challenging customer needs using Google Cloud.
2. Improve product features by providing customer feedback to internal teams.
3. Collaborate with customers and other Googlers to drive successful adoption of Google Cloud.
4. Develop recommendations for solution architectures and consulting services.
5. Guide customers through the innovation lifecycle, building strategic roadmaps.
6. Solve customers' operational issues through problem-solving and technical troubleshooting.
7. Work with internal teams to drive resolution and help customers get answers to product questions.

This role is exclusively for people who have or are in the process of applying for a government-issued disability certificate.
