The gReach Learner Program at Google Cloud is an innovative one-year paid upskilling initiative designed specifically for recent university graduates and early-career professionals with disabilities. This unique program combines hands-on experience with comprehensive training, offering participants the opportunity to work on meaningful projects while developing their professional skills in cloud computing and technical customer support.

As an Associate Customer Engineer, you'll be immersed in Google's cutting-edge cloud technology, working directly with customers to solve complex technical challenges and drive cloud adoption. The role bridges technical expertise with customer service, requiring both strong technical foundations and excellent communication skills.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with Google Cloud's enterprise-grade solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering. Responsibilities For Associate Customer Engineer, Google Cloud, gReach Program for People with Disabilities

  • Help build creative solutions to challenging customer needs using Google Cloud
  • Improve product feature offerings by providing customer feedback to internal teams
  • Collaborate with customers and other Googlers to manage and drive successful adoption of Google Cloud
  • Help develop recommendations for solution architectures and consulting services
  • Guide customers through the entire innovation lifecycle
  • Solve customers' operational issues through problem solving and technical troubleshooting

Requirements For Associate Customer Engineer, Google Cloud, gReach Program for People with Disabilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant STEM field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience working with Databases, Web Technologies, Machine Learning, AI or Cloud Foundations
  • Experience in customer service, communication, or leadership
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently
  • Experience developing programs/scripts in C++, Java, Python, SQL or experience in infrastructure/system administration
  • Experience building or troubleshooting websites or web applications
  • Experience in systems software and algorithms, working with Linux/Unix
  • Experience in database design and SQL query construction
