Description For Associate Customer Engineer, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (Japanese)

The gReach Program is a 12-month paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist local teams in resolving key technical challenges.
  • Identify technical requirements, conduct technical discovery, and propose client solutions that meet these requirements.
  • Contribute to technical projects, including technology advocacy, product and solution briefings, and proof-of-concept work. Coordinate with supporting technical resources as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience working in roles which engage with internal or external stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese to effectively communicate with Japanese speaking stakeholders
