Description For Associate Technical Account Manager, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (Japanese)

The gReach Program at Google Cloud is a unique 12-month paid upskilling initiative designed specifically for industry professionals with disabilities. This Associate Technical Account Manager role offers participants hands-on experience in a Professional Services environment, working alongside experienced Technical Account Managers (TAMs). The program aims to provide comprehensive on-the-job training while supporting the operations of the TAM team.

As part of Google Cloud, which serves customers in over 200 countries, you'll be involved in helping organizations digitally transform their businesses using Google's cutting-edge technology. The role combines technical expertise with customer relationship management, offering opportunities to work on various projects and programs while developing crucial skills in problem-solving, project management, and customer engagement.

The position requires a strong technical foundation, with experience in cloud platforms and concepts like PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS. Japanese fluency is essential for stakeholder communication, while English proficiency is needed for internal collaboration. This role is exclusively for individuals with a government-issued disability certificate, demonstrating Google's commitment to building an inclusive workforce.

Working directly with enterprise customers, you'll assist in managing product briefings, proof-of-concept work, and technical solutions. The role offers mentorship from experienced staff members, providing a supportive environment for professional growth and skill development in cloud technologies and technical account management.

Responsibilities For Associate Technical Account Manager, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (Japanese)

  • Test and inspire customers to solve business problems with technical expertise
  • Develop technical relationship with Google's Enterprise customers
  • Maintain project progress, schedules and operation manuals
  • Clean, analyze, and input data into the system for reports
  • Develop presentations and demos with Technical Account Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other Quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in working with public cloud platforms and technical concepts
  • Fluent in Japanese for communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Government-issued disability certificate required
  • Ability to read and write in English to communicate with internal stakeholders
