Description For Associate Technical Account Manager, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (Japanese)

The gReach Program at Google is a unique 12-month paid upskilling initiative designed specifically for industry professionals with disabilities. This Associate Technical Account Manager role is part of Google Cloud, which leads in digital transformation solutions. As a participant, you'll work in Professional Services, supporting Technical Account Manager (TAM) teams while developing crucial technical and business skills.

The role combines hands-on experience with mentorship from experienced staff members, focusing on supporting cloud computing operations and customer success. You'll assist in managing technical relationships with enterprise customers, handle project management tasks, and contribute to solution development. The position requires Japanese fluency and technical aptitude, with opportunities to work on cutting-edge cloud technologies.

Responsibilities For Associate Technical Account Manager, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (Japanese)

  • Test and inspire customers to solve business problems with technical expertise
  • Develop technical relationship with Enterprise customers
  • Manage product and solution briefings and proof-of-concept work
  • Maintain project progress, schedules and operation manuals
  • Clean, analyze, and input data into the system for reports
  • Develop presentations and demos for QA process

Requirements For Associate Technical Account Manager, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (Japanese)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other Quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in working with public cloud platforms and technical concepts
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Japanese
  • Government-issued disability certificate required
  • Experience with Big Data, PaaS, SaaS, IaaS
  • Ability to read and write in English
