Description For Associate Technical Account Manager, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (Japanese)

The gReach Program is a 12-month paid upskilling program specifically designed for industry professionals with disabilities at Google Cloud. This Associate Technical Account Manager role is exclusively for individuals with a government-issued disability certificate. As part of the program, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training while working on various projects in a Professional Services capacity.

You'll work closely with the Technical Account Manager (TAM) team, supporting operations, anticipating team needs, and assisting with projects, programs, operations, enablement, analysis, and escalation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical account management skills while helping solve technical issues for diverse clients including developers, businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies.

Google Cloud provides enterprise-grade solutions leveraging cutting-edge technology, serving customers in over 200 countries. You'll be part of a team that helps organizations digitally transform their businesses, working with cloud platforms and technical concepts such as Big Data, PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other Quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in working with public cloud platforms and technical concepts
  • Fluency in Japanese for communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to read and write in English to communicate with internal stakeholders
