The gReach Program is a 12-month paid upskilling program specifically designed for industry professionals with disabilities at Google Cloud. This Associate Technical Account Manager role is exclusively for individuals with a government-issued disability certificate. As part of the program, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training while working on various projects in a Professional Services capacity.
You'll work closely with the Technical Account Manager (TAM) team, supporting operations, anticipating team needs, and assisting with projects, programs, operations, enablement, analysis, and escalation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical account management skills while helping solve technical issues for diverse clients including developers, businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies.
