Description For Associate Technical Account Manager, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (Japanese)

This Associate Technical Account Manager role is part of Google Cloud's Professional Services team, where you'll work alongside experienced Technical Account Managers to support enterprise customers in their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities For Associate Technical Account Manager, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (Japanese)

  • Test and inspire customers to solve business problems with ambitious and novel solutions, leveraging technical expertise
  • Develop technical relationship with Google's Enterprise customers, including managing product and solution briefings and proof-of-concept work
  • Maintain project progress, schedules and operation manuals, identify risks, and communicate goals to stakeholders
  • Clean, analyze, and input data into the system for reports
  • Develop presentations and demos with Technical Account Manager for QA process

Requirements For Associate Technical Account Manager, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (Japanese)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other Quantitative field (e.g., Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in working with public cloud platforms and technical concepts such as Big Data, PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, and related industry topics
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Japanese to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Government-issued disability certificate required
