Business Data Scientist Intern, PhD, Summer 2025

As a Business Data Scientist Intern at Google, you will be a subject matter specialist translating business problems into analytical solutions and insights. You'll work with large complex data sets, solve difficult non-routine analysis problems, and apply advanced analytical methods. Your responsibilities include building and prototyping analysis pipelines, designing and analyzing controlled experiments, interacting cross-functionally to make business recommendations, and developing automated reports and dashboards.

This internship is intended for PhD students in their penultimate academic year, pursuing a degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, biostatistics, physics, applied mathematics, operations research, or economics. The program requires you to be located in the United States for its duration and proficient in English.
