The role combines high-level executive engagement with strategic account management, requiring both business acumen and technical understanding.

As a Business Development Manager, you'll work with C-level executives of strategic enterprises, developing and maintaining relationships that shape long-term technology decisions.   • Be responsible for the strategic account with solution delivery aspects

Requirements For Business Development Manager, Google Cloud

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in goal carrying software promotion and account management at enterprise B2B software company
  • Experience engaging with accounts in promoting a portfolio of products at C-level
  • Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects
  • Experience with large, complex commercial and legal negotiations
  • Knowledge of the industry specific to the prospects/customers being covered
  • Ability to work with sales engineers and technical leads
  • Ability to influence decisions at the executive level
