Google is seeking a Business Program Manager for their Global Data Centers to support facilities technicians and manage maintenance agreements for facility-related systems. The role is part of Google's Technical Infrastructure team, which is responsible for building and maintaining the architecture that powers Google's product portfolio. The team takes pride in being the engineers' engineers and ensures networks run optimally for the best user experience.
As a Business Program Manager, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders across different offices, time zones, and hemispheres. You'll be responsible for planning requirements, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and maintaining clear communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities For Business Program Manager, Global Data Centers
- Deliver effective, strategic communications directed toward a variety of stakeholder groups/audiences
- Partner with and support cross-functional teams and stakeholders with direct guidance
- Assist with developing strategic programs; act as an authority in the domain within team
- Collaborate with team members or key stakeholders to understand or identify work problems and program goals
- Obtain facilities-related vendor price quotes, prepare purchase orders, and review or approve invoices
Requirements For Business Program Manager, Global Data Centers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in accounting and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Experience in stakeholder management (preferred)
- Experience in providing support for budgeting, forecasting and purchase orders (preferred)
- Experience with project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, or process documentation (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively on a team, be adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment, and manage engaging priorities (preferred)
