Responsibilities For Business Program Manager, Global Data Centers

  • Manage project goals and deliverables presented on a timeline and use the roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations, and to communicate plans and coordinate resources
  • Collaborate with team members or stakeholders to understand or identify work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact
  • Manage risk identification and risk assessment activities and mitigation plans in addition to monitoring foreseeable risk
  • Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders or teams accountable for following the established processes

Requirements For Business Program Manager, Global Data Centers

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience in accounting and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Experience with project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, or process documentation (preferred)
  • Experience in stakeholder management (preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a team, be adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment, and manage engaging priorities
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment
