Description For Business Program Manager, Global Data Centers

Google's Technical Infrastructure team is seeking a Business Program Manager for their Global Data Centers. This role is crucial in supporting facilities technicians and managing facility-related systems agreements. The position offers a competitive salary range of $87,000-$128,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

As a Data Center Site Business Program Manager, you'll be responsible for cost control and agreement management for maintenance tasks and small projects. You'll work closely with the site environment, health and safety department to ensure safety operations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring contractors deliver quality services according to agreed KPIs and safety measures.

The Technical Infrastructure team is the backbone of Google's product portfolio, developing and maintaining data centers and building next-generation Google platforms. The team takes pride in being the engineers' engineers, focusing on keeping networks running optimally to ensure the best user experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of program or project management experience, with a background in accounting and managing accounts payable/receivable. Strong skills in stakeholder management, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration are essential. The role requires someone who can adapt to a changing environment while maintaining strong judgment and managing competing priorities.
