Chiplet Technologist and Design Integration Technical Lead, Silicon

Google is seeking a Chiplet Technologist and Design Integration Technical Lead to join their Silicon team. This role is crucial in developing high-performance and low-power hardware that enables Google's continuous innovations in mobile devices. The position involves working with cutting-edge chiplet technologies and design IPs, focusing on micro-architecture design, integration, verification, and post-Silicon debug.

Key responsibilities include engaging with industry vendors, developing integration plans for new technologies, driving pre-silicon and post-silicon requirements, and working closely with the Post-Silicon Product Engineering team.
