In this role, you will provide support to customers seamlessly making the switch to Google Cloud. You will troubleshoot technical problems for customers with a mix of debugging, networking, system administration, updating documentation, and when needed, coding/scripting. The Technical Solutions team is focused on customer needs, and you will help Google Cloud by understanding and advocating for customer issues. You will be required to work in a shift pattern or non-standard work hours as required, which may include weekend work.

Responsibilities:
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience, along with 2 years of experience in technical support, professional services, software development, or product operations management. Experience in data analytics, warehousing, ETL development, data science, or other Big Data applications is preferred.
