The Google Cloud team helps companies, schools, and government seamlessly make the switch to Google products and supports them along the way. As a Cloud Technical Solutions Engineer, Infrastructure, you will listen to the customer and swiftly problem-solve technical issues to show how our products can make businesses more productive, collaborative, and innovative. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of web developers and systems administrators, as well as a variety of both regional and international customers. Your relationships with customers are crucial in helping Google grow its Cloud business and helping companies around the world innovate.

  • Managing customer problems through effective diagnosis, resolution, or implementation of new investigation tools
  • Developing knowledge of Google's product technology and underlying architectures
  • Acting as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders
  • Understanding customer issues and advocating for their needs
  • Working as part of a global team to ensure 24-hour customer support

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience, along with 4 years of relevant experience. Fluency in both English and Korean is necessary for this customer-facing position.

Requirements For Cloud Technical Solutions Engineer, Infrastructure

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience coding in a general purpose coding language or in system design, and troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs, and triaging technical issues
  • Experience reading/debugging code
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently
