Responsibilities For Cloud Technical Solutions Engineer, Infrastructure, Serverless (English)
- Work with customers on their production Serverless deployments to resolve issues and achieve product readiness and availability
- Develop understanding of Serverless product technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining root cause for customer-reported issues
- Consult with internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles
- Work as part of a team of engineers/consultants that globally ensure 24-hour customer support
- Understand customer issues, advocate for their needs with internal teams to improve the product
Requirements For Cloud Technical Solutions Engineer, Infrastructure, Serverless (English)
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience coding in a general purpose coding language or in system design
- 4 years of experience with two or more of: Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Admin, Machine Learning, Networking, Kubernetes, Oracle, SAP
- Ability to communicate in English fluently
- Experience debugging advanced workload issues across large-scale, distributed environments
- Experience with exploratory kernel debugging and performance analysis of containerized systems
- Experience working with any public cloud services and infrastructure
- Experience in Computer Networking (TCP/IP, Routing, Load balancing, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic web technologies (HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP, etc.)
