Responsibilities For Cloud Technical Solutions Engineer, Infrastructure, Serverless (English)

  • Work with customers on their production Serverless deployments to resolve issues and achieve product readiness and availability
  • Develop understanding of Serverless product technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting
  • Consult with internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles
  • Work as part of a team of engineers/consultants that globally ensure 24-hour customer support
  • Understand customer issues, advocate for their needs with internal teams

Requirements For Cloud Technical Solutions Engineer, Infrastructure, Serverless (English)

Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience coding in a general purpose coding language or in system design
  • 4 years of experience with two or more of: Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Admin, Machine Learning, Networking, Kubernetes, Oracle, SAP
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently
  • Experience debugging advanced workload issues across large-scale, distributed environments
  • Experience with exploratory kernel debugging and performance analysis of containerized systems
  • Experience working with public cloud services and infrastructure
  • Experience in Computer Networking (TCP/IP, Routing, Load balancing, etc.)
  • Knowledge of basic web technologies (HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP, etc.)
